“Live each season as it passes; breathe the air, drink the drink, taste the fruit, and resign yourself to the influences of each.”
Henry David Thoreau

Today we went to the Quakertown Farmers Market to buy produce, chicken and lunch meat. It’s definitely an interesting place. They are only open on the weekends, and they have a large variety of stores there. You can pretty much get anything there. They have lots of delicious foods there, and some neat specialty shops. I like the hot sauce shop, Fredrick’s meats, and The Pickle Man! Seriously, you haven’t had a pickle unless you’ve eaten a Pickle Man pickle.

I’ve spent the rest of my day cleaning, my back hurts and I’m exhausted. Not a good end to my weekend.

Last night we went out to watch Troy (my husbands cousin Angie’s husband) play drums at Platz’s in Leighton. Had an awesome time! May have drank a bit too much (or a lot too much), but we had fun times with great food and even better music! I should have taken a picture for my blog but it was really dark, super crowded and my hands were otherwise occupied with some tasty drinks.
